MY JOURNEY

I'm a strategist and investor who helps to transform ambitious ideas into market-defining companies. My decade-long journey spans management consulting - where I advised Fortune 50 companies on sales enablement and customer experience and built software - to defining and implementing innovation strategy - and finally to venture capital and working with startups.

My expertise lie at the intersection of consumer behavior, innovation, and technology. I take a human-centered approach to all that I do. I've scaled this approach across multiple contexts: from creating new service offerings and training hundreds of Deloitte consultants on Human-Centered Design methodologies, to defining multi-million dollar investment strategies at Nordstrom and sourcing innovative companies in venture capital.

Today, I help startups and funds achieve product-market fit faster and scale with intention. My consulting work revolves around the customer or user, technology, and operational strategy. I've partnered with companies from pre-seed to Series D, with a particular focus on consumer, commerce and retail tech. My frameworks don't just drive growth—they build sustainable, human-centered businesses that resonate deeply within their markets.

As founder of the Human-Centered Capitalist community, I wanted to create a place where humans were front and center - to build for, to design for, and to connect with to enable both business and personal growth.
